Nigeria faces a dual unemployment crisis: a lack of jobs for its youth and a rapidly growing young population. However, agriculture, the country’s largest employment sector, presents significant opportunities for job growth and economic prosperity. Despite this, many young Nigerians are turning away from farming in favour of scarce white-collar jobs in urban areas.
